„This was an excellent house to stay in the setting was calm beautiful the lake was great access to the lake was great. There was a fire pit. The house is very clean very well stocked very well managed. The owner responded to all my questions. It’s very nice. very roomy great kitchen great back patio to look out at the lake had canoes and kayak paddle boats which the kids enjoyed kid friendly swim in the lake use the hot tub at night. Check in is and out is easy. five stars definitely.“

„I don't know that we will have a need to be meet or vacation in or near Fair Play, SC in the future, but if we do, we will definitely recommend and would stay here again. Large, well-appointed home. I wish we would have had more time to enjoy the property and its location. “

„The property was in a quiet location with fairly easy access to the greater Athens area. Overall it was clean inside, the bedroom with the attached 3/4 bath had a funny smell to it that wasn't found in other areas of the house. Cell phone reception was very spotty and that was with 3 different providers. Did not like that you could not access ESPN/SEC networks on the tv. Having a washer and dryer to use was an added bonus. I would recommend this property to others if they are looking for a nice ...
