We wanted to try out a more typical and local hotel experience, that’s why we chose this place. The views from the room are wonderful! We also enjoyed the jacuzzi in the room. Overall cleanliness was good. Staff was polite and helpful. Condition of the hotel room itself was slightly deteriorated, the bathroom door couldn’t be shut properly because it didn’t fit in the doorframe. The elevator in the building was in a very unsafe condition-when we wanted to get out of it, it suddenly started moving towards another floor. But those things were not a big issue for us. What was a problem though was that it is incredibly noisy due to facing a main road and having no proper windows and no insulation and during the night, someone (supposedly from the hotel staff) was constantly walking up and down the hallway and moving around our entrance door which kept us awake and uncomfortable the whole night. For all of this, the hotel is pretty overpriced and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Tuvimos una experiencia espectacular en el Hotel. De los Highlights durante nuestra estadía: el entrenador de Tennis Khaled, un señor súper amable y profesional, se nota que hace su trabajo con mucha alegría y amor. Y el chico encargado de la limpieza de nuestra habitación, Youssef, también súper amable y nos sorprendió cada día de nuestra estadía con una figura diferente hechas con las toallas, muy creativo y atento. Súper recomendado el hotel, las instalaciones súper lindas. La comida también muy buena, hay variedad de restaurantes dentro del hotel. El mejor para nosotros fue el restaurante Tailandés, nos dejó sorprendidos, aunque todos los demás también fueron muy buenos. Las piscinas y la playa súper lindas, en realidad una de las mejores vacaciones que hemos tenido !

The location was great and the staff were lovely. Really nice breakfast too. The room was huge and had a comfy sofa as well as the bed which was nice.

Great hotel, staff very friendly and very nice rooms. Clean, spacy, climatized, well-equipped. The location is great. Especially, with a kind of chaotic flight delay, I had to postpone my pickup from the airport to around after midnight and exchange messages with jasmine hotel during which the staff was constantly very reassuring, friendly, professional and helpful. Staff also showed me around, got me accustomed and always ready for a chat. Thank you Shokran gezilan and gladly again
