Its strategic location also allows you to reach Jerez de la Frontera quickly, making it the ideal starting point for discovering the best of the province of Cádiz.



Outside, the property invites you to enjoy outdoor living at its finest: an extensive garden surrounds the house, accompanied by a pleasant private swimming pool to cool off on sunny days, a barbecue area perfect for outdoor meals and a parking space within the estate that provides comfort and absolute privacy. The interior of the house has been designed to offer comfort, functionality and a bright stay at any time of year. It features a spacious open-plan lounge-diner with a fully equipped open kitchen, conceived as a welcoming space to share unforgettable moments. The property has three bedrooms, tastefully decorated and designed for rest.

The established schedule for delivering keys to guests is from 15:00 to 20:00. If you need to check in to the accommodation after 20:00, until 23:00, a supplement of €30 in cash will be charged upon your arrival, corresponding to the Late Check-In service.



To ensure coexistence and compliance with accommodation rules, reservations are not accepted for guests under 30 years of age. We place special emphasis on complying with these rules: entry to the apartment by persons not included in the reservation will not be tolerated, no parties of any kind, loud music or causing disturbance to neighbours.
