The property is divided into three levels, accessed by stairs, offering clearly differentiated spaces:

First floor: Here you'll find a welcoming living room equipped with a sofa bed and a portable air conditioner near the television. Also on this floor is a full bathroom and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with sea views and a washing machine.

Second floor: Dedicated exclusively to relaxation, this floor houses the accommodation's three bedrooms. Each bedroom has two double beds, plus an additional single bed.

Third floor: A large private terrace with direct views of the beach. It's the perfect spot for sunbathing, enjoying breakfast al fresco, or admiring the sunset over El Hierro.

Note: The property does not have private parking, but there are public parking options available on the surrounding streets.

The accommodation puts you in the ideal starting point for exploring the charms of southern El Hierro:

La Restinga Marine Reserve (Mar de Las Calmas): Considered one of the best areas in Spain for diving and snorkeling, its protected waters are home to impressive biodiversity.

La Restinga Beach: With dark sand and crystal-clear waters, this beach is well sheltered from the winds, making it perfect for relaxing in the sun or enjoying a swim with the family.

La Restinga Port: The heart of the town, ideal for strolling, admiring the colorful fishing boats, and soaking up the authentic maritime atmosphere.

Volcanic Trails: From the town, trails lead to walks among impressive pahoehoe lava formations, allowing you to explore the volcanic landscape that characterizes this area.

Getting around the island by bus is a very affordable option. To reach your accommodation using the TransHierro service:

From the Airport or Port: If you arrive by plane, take Line 10; if you arrive by ferry, take Line 11. Both will take you directly to the Valverde Bus Station.

Route south: From Valverde, take Line 2, which connects to El Pinar.

Final leg to La Restinga: In El Pinar, transfer to Line 8, which terminates in La Restinga, with central stops such as Avenida Restinga and the football field.

📋 House Rules and Notes (Strict)

Legal Registration: Mandatory for guests aged 14 and over (Order INT/321/2021). Access will be denied if online registration is not completed.
Quiet and Noise: Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. The apartment has a noise sensor. Exceeding 75dB or tampering with the device will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
No Smoking: Both in the apartment and in the building's common areas.
Cleaning: Dishes must be left clean, and trash must be taken outside the building upon departure.
Pets: No animals of any kind are allowed.
Visitors: Access is prohibited to anyone not included in the reservation.
