If you noticed, Caltex petrol station is constructing their branch on the other side of the hiway which they blocked the canal that the rainwater had diverted to the waterway leading to my site and other houses nearby thus, creating flashflood damaging my fence and waterpump that no water supply was available the day you arrived and it was inconvenient for me to check you in but no water was available, though the rooms were clean and ready. The flashflood happened the night before your check in date and it wasn't anticipated because it never happened before...locals blamed the Caltex construction. As a result, we apologize for any inconvenience has caused and assisted you instead look for accomodation elsewhere in town. No internet was available at the time and i didnt have your contact number to call you that's why you were not informed. Secondly, The plan was to claim your stay and send the money over to you via Western Union but it's too costly but instead, I'll request Expedia to cancel your booking and refund your money in full.

Trotz der Stromausfälle aufgrund des Power-Upgrades von Paleco habe ich es trotzdem geschafft, Licht per Generator zu liefern, und ich habe es genossen, mit euch mit Rum und Cola zu plaudern. Ich hoffe, ich finde so gute und verständnisvolle Reisende wie Sie, die sich nicht über Stromausfälle beschweren (nur selten hier). Gute Reise und viel Glück, wohin Sie auch gehen.
