The space
The main house greets you with a covered carport leading to the main entrance and foyer, off of which are three bedrooms (each with private bath), and the hallway leading to the open concept living room, dining room, kitchen and play area, in addition to the well appointed master bedroom with luxury spa like ensuite bathroom and direct access and views to the outdoor terrace and pool. Dining options in the main house include the main dining room with seating for eight as well as two kitchen dining counters each with seating for three. Both the living area and the master bedroom lead out to a spacious outdoor covered terrace with an additional formal outdoor dining table for 8, an additional elevated dining table for six, and a covered living area. Reclining lounge chairs and additional seating and snack table are available to be set up around the spacious pool that is the centerpiece of the backyard. The pool includes waterfall features and beautiful led lighting at night. Kiddy corner to the main house is a beautifully appointed guest house with its own entrance that can sleep two additional guests plus child and features an additional kitchen, dining area, and private bath, in addition to its own living area and home entertainment system with giant LED screen and Sonos sound system. The Sonos sound system operates with a simple app installation and provides theatre like sounds on the tv's in the guest house, master bedroom, and main living room, as well as for allowing the playing of music in all of these zones as well as on the outdoor terrace.
Guest access
All areas of the main house, terrace, pool area, yard, and guest house are available for the exclusive private use of the guests. There is an additional charge once the guest limit of ten is exceeded.
