This hotel was unfortunately a huge disappointment, especially for the price we paid.
Personal at the reception and at the breakfast was disinterested and not really willing to help.
The room was worn down and old, see pictures. We wanted to call reception but the phone didn't work so when we needed something we needed to go over in pouring rain. The person at the reception claimed she didn't have a number we can call reception on from our cell phone. The shower didn't really work either, the water was coming uncontrollably from the shower head and overhead shower simultaneously, it couldn't be adjusted. Accordingly we had water all over the bathroom. The room was also not clean, we washed the cups before using them as they were literally greyish inside.
Breakfast was okay but nothing special. The pictures on Expedia are not showing the breakfast buffet but the evening buffet that costs 65-70 Eur per person. Not even one picture on Expedia is from the breakfast. The cups at the breakfast were as dirty as in the room.
The hotel has a sauna and a gym but both cost extra: gym ca. 15 Eur per person (but only after 5pm as it is by the conference room) and sauna ca. 25 Eur per person per hour. Even an extra towel costs ca. 4 Eur per towel.
We cannot recommend this place and definitely don't understand the good ratings.
