This is a three-level townhouse with a finished basement, main floor, and upper level. You will have the entire home to yourself with no shared spaces.

With three private bedrooms, three queen beds, three full bathrooms, and a basement den with a double-sized fold-out couch, Lizzie comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. It's a great choice for families, friends, business travelers, or groups visiting Edmonton. The home is thoughtfully furnished and equipped with the essentials you will need for your stay. Towels, bedding, dishes, cookware, and other household essentials are provided for your convenience.

Sleeping Arrangements:

The upper level features two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-sized bed. The front bedroom includes a private ensuite bathroom, while the second upper-level bedroom has access to the shared bathroom.

The basement features a private bedroom with a queen-sized bed, as well as a den at the bottom of the stairs with a double-sized fold-out couch, providing additional sleeping space. There is a full shared basement bathroom.

Living & Kitchen
The main floor features a comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area. It's a convenient space to prepare meals, relax, and spend time together.

Lizzie has three full bathrooms, including:
One ensuite bathroom on the upper level
One shared bathroom on the upper level
One shared bathroom in the basement

All three bathrooms feature a tub/shower combination.

Laundry:
The home has in-home laundry, with full-sized stacked washer and dryer located in a closet at the top of the stairs. Laundry soap and dryer sheets are also provided.

Parking
Guests have one assigned outdoor parking stall.
Additional street parking may be available outside the complex on a first-come, first-served basis. Please follow all posted parking signs and regulations.

Lizzie is a pet-friendly townhouse with central heating and an Ecobee thermostat. The home also includes a Pack 'n Play in the primary bedroom closet and a high chair on the main floor for families traveling with young children. Lizzie combines space, privacy, and the comforts of home in a convenient Edmonton setting. With three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a full kitchen, comfortable living areas, in-home laundry, and a finished basement, it's designed to make your stay comfortable from check-in to check-out.

Please note: The outdoor yard/deck area is currently under construction and may have limited access during your stay. Also, the complex is currently undergoing construction, so guests may notice ongoing construction activity and related work in certain areas during the stay. However, these construction activities are not expected to impact your comfort or enjoyment during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as improvements are being completed.


A vehicle is usually recommended for time spent in Edmonton.
Parking is available for free at this home. In the back of the house there is a garage with space for two regular sized vehicles and out front there is street parking which is available on a first come, first serve basis.

While we are pet-friendly, please note cats are strictly prohibited, and any violation will result in a $500 fee per cat. If you’re bringing a pet, request our pet etiquette details before booking to understand expectations.

A pack-and-play and high chair are available upon request.

Please refrain from using the property address for mail, as we cannot access the mailbox. For deliveries, ensure door drop-off or depot pick-up arrangements.

Our cancellation policy is as posted. For added protection, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes.

For stays of 30 nights or more, we offer a complimentary mid-stay cleaning every 30 days to maintain a comfortable environment.

We cannot be responsible for personal belongings left behind. Please check thoroughly before departure.

Pre-Arrival Verification & Security Deposit Pre Authorization Required:
To provide a safe and secure stay, all reservations require completion of a short pre-arrival verification before check-in. This secure process includes ID verification, a matching selfie, a refundable security deposit pre-authorization, and acceptance of our Rental Terms & Conditions. *Security deposit is not applicable to bookings covered by Air Cover.

Check-in instructions will be provided once this process has been completed.
