The street parking in the neighborhood is all free and unreserved. We also have two parking spaces on the parking pad at the back of the home.

Our home has room for your whole family with 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms (one full bathroom is on the main floor, 2 are upstairs and 1 in the basement), a main floor living room, main floor bedroom, and a flex area on the upper floor with another Queen bed in it.
Our modern & clean kitchens are fully stocked with all of the dishes, cookware, small appliances & tools that you need to enjoy the option of cooking full meals while staying here.
We take pride in ensuring that our home is fully stocked with all of the comforts and conveniences to make your stay enjoyable. If you feel at anytime during your stay that there are items we could add to make your time at our home better, please do not hesitate to make suggestions.
Basic cable with local sports channels are included for your use.
There is also unlimited WiFi so you may stream from any of your devices or your own personal streaming subscriptions.
Laundry equipment is also available in the home, you may use this free of charge and at your own risk. We do not take responsibility for the condition of your clothing or other fabrics.
Currently the yard is not fenced, and there is not a garage at this property.
If you are staying for an extended period of time, we offer cleaning & restocking services for a fee. We would be happy to quote you upon request for weekly or bi-weekly cleaning visits.

Our cancellation policy is as posted. For added protection, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes.
For stays of 30 nights or more, we offer a complimentary mid-stay cleaning every 30 days to maintain a comfortable environment.
