➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

➤ Guests have full access to the entire basement suite. One parking stall is available inside the shared double-car garage. Please note that the garage is shared with the upstairs guests. The parking stall measures approximately 20'5" long by 9' wide and is best suited for a car or a mid-size to smaller SUV.



➤ Please note that the backyard is not accessible to guests, except when taking garbage and recycling to the designated bins. Additionally, the closet located in the basement across from the bathroom is not accessible to guests. Everything else is yours to enjoy. Please make yourself at home.



➤ Free street parking is available after 6:00 PM, overnight, and on weekends. Between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday), street parking is limited to a maximum of 2 hours.
