„Musty, old, mildewy smell from the air conditioner. The rooms are beginning to show their age.“

Loved access to the fridge, microwave and over sized TV. The breakfast had plenty of choices. I loved the iced cold lemon water in the foyer. „Our first experience at a B&B and I must say that the Arcadian has set the bar pretty high. We really enjoyed the charm of the house. Be sure to browse the main room down stairs as there were many wonderful tidbits of history. We found the history of the home to be very interesting. The wraparound porch with rockers was a very nice place to relax. The owners were very nice & courteous. The breakfast (which is brought to your room) was incredible. „I like staying here when I stop in Edmond. It's my third time. I like the indoor pool for the kids and the continental breakfast. The building is quiet, clean, and safe. Plenty of room for a family of 4 staying the night. It's close to restaurants and shopping. Very polite management and staff. Would come back again.“
