„The location is far above average. We had a small tower room with a beautiful view of the countryside. We then decided to dine there in the evening. The food was wonderful and the service was very charming. Breakfast in the winter garden was good but average. The service was also not really appropriate for the place and rather careless. Maybe it was not the best day for waitress.“

The location is fine with easy transport links into the city centre and there are some nice artisan bakeries and coffee shops within walking distance to go and have breakfast. It was a tiny bit disappointing that there is no breakfast available. „It's a central location in old town: 5 minutes from Castle and 2 minutes to Royal mile. Victoria street is next over so it gets a 5 star for location. That comes with its own downside, loud noise from bars was audible well into the night even with the windows closed. The apartment is very clean and spacious. Living room and kitchen are downstairs and king bed and sofa bed are upstairs. We were 2 adults and a kid and were comfortable. The only problem was the thermostat which had its own mind. ...
