The property consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an inviting living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area. Essentials are provided.

The Space:
This modern and inviting 3-bed flat has all the necessary amenities to ensure maximum comfort throughout your stay. It is furnished to the highest standards, so there is no doubt that a group of six will enjoy their time in Edinburgh to the fullest!

We were thrilled upon our arrival that the apartment was just as advertised, no surprises! We were travelling with our adult children and there was more than enough room for the six of us to stay comfortably. We enjoyed being in the midst of all the shops/pubs/grocery facilities, and within walking distance of the main attraction-Edinburgh Castle, and yet there was no noise coming from the busy street. The host was very patient with the computer issues I had (which delayed receiving their payment within the scheduled time frame) are and their responses were always quick and very kind. If we are ever lucky enough to make this trip again, I wouldn’t look at any order accommodations. Great job!

Location was great. In the heart of activity and easy walking distance to most attractions. The communications were all clear and prompt and the rental process was easy. The washing and drying machine didn't work well...the clothes just wouldnt dry. Our biggest issue was that we specifically searched for property with 3 king size beds and paid significantly higher price of this flat to have king beds. The beds were double size which is big deal for us given the size of the men in our group.

Good stay

Overall we had a good stay and it is right in the heart of the Royal mile. Stashing the luggage was a hassle and no earlier check ins were available while are luxurious you give up. I will say the place looked like the photos. Don’t depend on the washing machine, it’s very difficult to figure out and after hours of drying, our clothes were still wet. Check out instructions were confusing, I recommend having a little house guide to help with these questions as the responses were only through email rather than Vrbo which made it difficult to keep finding an email to send questions to.

Location location location!!

If we could give this 6 stars we would! Located right off the Royal Mile in the middle of all of the excitement. The mgmt company was excellent at helping us find the apt and get in. I saw an earlier reviewer concerned about the skylight in the 3rd bedroom but now there is a shade over the window . We did not find this a problem. The apt was clean and just as depicted. There are 20 steep steps (as was in description) to get in so it was good we were all fit enough to be able to get up with our bags by ourselves even though we had very large suitcases. If you are not able to carry your bags up 20 steep steps then this is not the place for you. Other than that small issue it was absolutely wonderful!!

Third bedroom not fit for putpose

The third bedroom in this apartment had a skyline window without any blinds which meant we were unable to sleep after 4.30am. Upon communicating this with the manager and asking to be moved, we were ignored. Six sleepless nights in an apartment that cost us thousands of pounds, terrible experience. It is a two bedroom apartment, not a three bed as advertised.
