Ich war zum 3. Mal in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist einmalig und die Zimmer sind schön, sehr gute Betten. Am Empfang der Concierge war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich! Wir fühlten uns direkt willkommen. Das Zimmer war um 10:00 schon frei. Das Frühstück ist ok, aber der Service war leider etwas unfreundlich. Man kann sich z. B. ein Omelette machen lassen, das war sehr gut. Vor dem Frühstücksraum steht Kaffee und Brownies, hier darf man sich umsonst tagsüber bedienen. Alles in allem waren wir wieder sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Das Hotel wird seinem 4* Standard gerecht,man fühlt sich willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Gutes Frühstück für den Start in den Tag, nur der Kaffee ist etwas schwach, so etwas zwischen Kaffee Hag und Muggefug. Die Lage des Hotels ist das Beste, mitten im Herzen der Altstadt ein idealer Ausgangspunkt die Stadt zu erleben. Das Hotel ist so sehr gerne weiter zu empfehlen.

Das Hotel hat eine Top Lage ziemlich genau in der Mitte der Royal Mile . Castle und Palace und Princes Street sind in wenigen Minuten gut zu erreichen Pup‘s und Restaurants sind in der direkten Umgebung. Bleibt nur eine Frage : wieso bekommt man ein Doppelzimmer wenn man für 3 gebucht hat ??? Es führte leider kein Weg zur Lösung einer Aufbettung.

Grundsätzlich gut - langjähriger Kunde nichts wert
Es war wie immer sehr gut - zentral und gut ausgestattet. Einziger Wehmutstropfen, wir haben beim Checkout etwas nicht verstanden, dabei hat das Radisson gemerkt, dass sie uns zu wenig belastet hat und dies auch noch zusätzlich belastet. Als guter Kunde (bereits 6 mal im gleichen Hotel) hätte ich Kulanz erwartet.

We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Its location is right on the Royal mile, so there is ready access to excursion pick up locations, restaurants, and shops.The staff really goes that extra little bit to assist and help make the experience great.

Like all hotels nowadays, there is an effort to be more green. While that's commendable, unless it's done well, it becomes a joke. If they want me to reuse the towels, there needs to be places to hang them. How much would a few hooks cost to install? No hooks, no towel bar, I can't hang them to dry. And who came up with these half-door showers? A moron, that's who, and all the hotels that bought into this idea are short-sighted. Water goes all over, causing issues they probably didn't think about. Get curtains. Get full glass door and walls. Keep the floor and walls dry. Also... I guess wash cloths are no longer offered. Why not. Towels used to be a standard amenity. No longer. We had to ask for more. No hand-face towels? Really. Just bath towels. What's this all about? Otherwise, probably the best breakfast buffet of my trip. Outstanding. Quiet, clean room. Comfortable beds.

It was right on the Royal mile close to restaurants, bus tours, train station. Spacious room & nice offerings. We liked the late check out at 12 PM.

This was a nice hotel in a great location but it was so cold. I had to call reception twice to ask them to put the heating on in my room, the pool was too cold to use and the temperature in the lounge and restaurant was uncomfortable at best. Such a shame - we booked this hotel especially for the pool but taking a swim was more an act of endurance than a pleasurable experience. I wouldnt recommend this hotel if you want to be warm!!

We had 1 bedroom suite excellent room and separate bedroom very convenient for all of Edinburgh site seeing and grabbing a bus to anywhere Only complaint was our room cleaner stank of BO which lingered in our room and they don’t know how to hoover under things otherwise excellent

The whole experience of the hotel exceeded our expectations. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Facilities were great, breakfast was delicious. The bed was very comfortable and room was really quiet. Location perfect for exploring Edinburgh, particularly handy for local Museums and the Royal Mile. Wouldn't hesitate to come back again, in fact planning next trip already.

It was on the Scottish mile. The end of the mall was the castle. All the food that we had in the town was great. Nice shopping. Nice people nice place.
