Very poorly maintained. Battery expired on smoke alarm. Kitchen was not deep cleaned, fridge didn’t work. Knob came off on cooker. This was the second room allocated to us, as the first was not prepared. We were then allocated a third room on the last day of our stay which was spotlessly clean and well equipped

We arrived late and left early so didn't see much of the outside of the property. There was a light in front but it wasn't working so it was very dark getting to the front door. Best shower we had in Scotland!

Based on my experience I would not recommend to book this hotel due to many reasons. 1. the room was not ready by the check-in time, and we spent around half an hour until the cleaned it. 2. The room was dirty, pretty much dated, and the heater in the bathroom was not working. 3. The hotel has no reception, they just send codes for the main door and the room. There is no staff at all to contact in case of emergency. 4. A couple tried to enter the room in the evening, since the room was booked twice. This is really unacceptable! 5. There are no good restaurants around, and grocery stores are quite sparse.

Appartement spacieux et agréable. Dommage qu’il n’y ait aucun personnel dans l’hôtel ( un simple mail est envoyé pour donner les codes d’ouverture des portes), ni aucun dépliant pour vous aider dans votre visite d’Edimbourg.

Please is good. Transportation facilities are available at this location. But there is no washing machine in the property. When you stay longer period this non availability of washing facility made our difficult.

Elle manque d'entretien, on a l'impression que les chambres ont été faites à la va-vite et que rien n'a été fait depuis. La peinture est vieillissante et il y a quelques réparations à prévoir. Compter 45-50 minutes pour rejoindre le centre ville en bus (environ 5€ le trajet!)

Net appartement, voorzien van een keuken op 7,5 km van edingburgh. Wat heel goed te doen is met het openbaar vervoer. Prijs / kwaliteit was heel goed.

Was very spacious.Good value for money.Stayed one night before flight from Edinburgh airport.Used sat nav so found it easy.Parking could be awkward but we had no problems Large kitchen . Were sent an access code on day of arrival to get into building and another to get into room. Had no problems

Poor service
Do not stay here. The apartments have thin walls and you can hear everything! The beds are uncomfortable and the sofa bed unsafe. Don’t expect good service from the manager. We complained of our ceiling leaking from the apartment above us. He told us to put a towel down and they would fix it the next day. It never did get fixed and we vacated the room early - we didn’t know if it was clean or dirty water dripping into our place. The apartment next to us came and asked to borrow clean towels. They had just arrived after a long flight and had no towels. When we asked for clean towels from management, he gave us 3 floor mats instead of towels. I do not recommend this place.

The property was said to have free wifi but there was no internet access at all. I rang to point this out and the lady said it was being fixed and would be done within a few minutes. 2 hours later it was still not fixed and it was not fixed in the morning either. In addition to that only one channel on the TV was working. The remote would not switch channels. I would not recommend anyone staying here if the service is that bad. If there had been a serious problem, it could have been very bad due to poor communication which, on hindsight and in discussion with others, was actually lies.

Great place for the price
The apartment was way more than we needed and was great for the price. Parking was a bit difficult, but the management did us to park our car early (before our scheduled checkin so that we could use the bus go get into downtown Edinburgh for the day!

A convenient place to stay if you are visiting Hariott Watt University. Only 10 minutes by bus. Quite good overall, however, they do need to improve the quality of towels they provide. They towels leave white fluff all over the hair and body after use!

Great place to stay if you don't mind being a little further away from the city center. Very convenient to the bus, though, with a stop right near the driveway. Very comfortable place. Small kitchen. Free wifi that works in the living room.

The room was amazing , with nice large tv and comfortable beds.....Surprisingly the wifi speed was excellent which I normally don't get in countryside hotels......Excellent Customer service from the reception desk staff....

Extremely spacious and well made house!!
It’s an excellent space to live in. Very comfortable. Two shortcomings 1. 4th bedroom with single bed has no window and is really small. 2. The driveway is a bit narrow, got to park a bit carefully. Otherwise, two thumbs up!!

Very nice two bedroom apartment with a small kitchen. Great place to stay near Edinburgh and near by sights. We did however have code problem that others mentioned. Check your e-mail that is how they send you the code for the keypad to enter the house. There is not other way to get in.

I came off the plane after a 13 hour flight and drove to the apartment. Had great difficulties locating it even on Sat Nav as there is no sign at the property, which is located on a mainroad making it difficult to cruise slowly I had to ring the main office several times but encountered difficulties there too as no staff had been to the property or knew the area / property. The apartment is located at the back of the property and parking is tight to accommodate a car from each apartment. No space to turn car round There is literally no lighting at the back of the property - we had to unload the car in darkness, wind and rain. TV and TV remote were not working - no one came in the four days and nights we were there despite my reporting it Curtains hanging off one of the bedrooms

Si tratta di un appartamento (il nostro 2 camere e 2 bagni 1 soggiorno 1 cucina) distante 20 min sia dal centro che dall'aeroporto. Appartamento enorme e con buone dotazioni. Comodo per viaggi medio lunghi, meno per soggiorni di una notte (no reception, bar o altri servizi). Il parcheggio è molto stretto. Confort è pulizia ok.

A great stay. Every room clean and bright. Kitchen small but adequate. En suite bathrooms very good.Very convenient for buses into Edinburgh. Would advise not to drive up to house unless you have a small car as turning is tight!! We parked on a side road.
