Enttäuschender Umgang mit Kunden
Wir haben unser Auto für 30 Minuten auf den Parkplatz gestellt um nach dem Einchecken, es zurück zum Mietwagenservice zu bringen. Dementsprechend waren wir der Meinung, keinen Parkplatz zu brauchen. Dies hat uns dann 40GBP gekostet. Zuzüglich natürlich der Bearbeitungsgebühr vom Mietwagenservice.

A 15 minute grace period applies with the overnight charge as advertised. The cark operates with ANPR and if car registration details are not entered upon arrival default charges apply. Ideal für eine Nacht am Flughafen Edinburgh, man fühlt sich wohl und erstaunlich leise ist es auch...keine Einwände.... ideal finde ich es, wenn im Hotelzimmmer eine Wasserflasche steht....das wäre für die Zukunft vielleicht noch schön...grad wenn man spät ankommt....müde ist, die Hotelbar schon geschlossen....etc

Staff were exceptional, no scripted friendliness, problem solved to keep my cheese safe and cold and the ice in freezer so could pack in my suitcase on morning of departure. Bus service to airport good, driver went out of his way to assist in getting golf bag and suitcases on and off bus

The property is located at walkable distance from Edinburgh airport, which is really handy. The rooms are clean with very comfortable beds made with lovely clean cotton white sheets. We would like to have had a cup of coffee and a bowl of cereal with some fresh fruits before departing at 5 am but there wasn't any available at this time. Just an apple at the check-out desk which at least helped a bit.

I enjoyed my 2 night stay. Comfortable room and comfortable bed. Staff generally good. Dining facilities generally good. Service good. Nearby facilities enjoyable and convenient. With swimming pool/sauna steam/gyms etc may make a vacation, though with limited stay duration such as mine, this would not be easily achieved on customer end. Countryside nearby wonderful.

It was very close to the airport so it was easy to walk there in the morning. Staff was ok. Had to ask different people about adding on breakfast the day before because responses were mixed and conflicted with signage around the hotel. Would stay again for convenient location, but bar staff and front desk could be better trained.

While I love the proximity to the airport and tram, the sidewalks were absolutely dire and crossing the roundabout to get to the tram was grim. That's not the hotel's responsibility, but it did make navigation on foot with a stroller quite challenging. The room was comfortable and spacious though, the beds were comfortable, and the provided cot was clean and premade for us upon our request.

Great hotel but been overcharged by£135 very easy to resolve but two very frustrating calls with the receptionist sent proof of overcharge and still said NOT asked 8 times to talk to a manager he said no manager so asked to talk to someone else and refused two calls over 1.5 hours still refused saying no one available again again and again absolutely terrible service and charged £405 when Expedia quoted £270
