Unfortunately, we had to cut short our trip due to illness and could not enjoy the flat or Luxembourg City for longer; hence, cannot comment much on location. From our short stay I can say that it was close to the central station and to the tram stop; plus, there were several amenities around like a grocery store and a couple of bakeries.
