The staff support was outstanding – incredibly attentive, helpful, and approachable. I misplaced my pajamas during my stay, and although they couldn’t be recovered, the team went above and beyond in their efforts to assist me.
The hotel itself is fantastic: spotlessly clean, modern, and stylish. It’s also super centrally located, making it perfect for exploring the area. And the pool? Simply amazing – a true highlight!

„We arrived on a Friday afternoon. The staff was really really nice helped us instantly with our luggage.
The room was also super nice.
We had a one bed room suite with plenty of room and nice designed interieur.
The hotel is right in CBD of Melbourne so almost everything is in walking distance. Next to the hotel like 50-100m are already plenty of good restaurants so you won’t stay hungry:).

„There was an electricity cut for two hours. The management decided to send the whole kitchen staff home, although at 6pm power came back. That left us with no warm meal in the evening in the middle of nowhere. Worst thing : not even the kitchen manager stayed to give an explanation. We got a compensation but that is not the way you manage things in a 5 start establishment.
On the other side, in the brochures it was said there would be a cold buffet for breakfast. That was not the case.

"Very nice setting with view of the vineyard’s. We had a one bedroom suite and the room was very spacious and modern with a well furnished minibar and view over the garden.
We had diner at the restaurant which was delicious with open show kitchen. Little things could be improved, like the use of tablecloth.
And they set up the buffet for the breakfast in the morning while we still bad diner, that was a bit weird.
The breakfast buffet was amazing offering everything you could wish for.
