„A very nice stay. Very well organized and avoid location. Beds allow a great sleep. If you might not like small bathrooms and a neighbour you can hear walking on the upper level you might consider another place but we did really like the place.“

„The place was great! The beds were very comfortable. The house was very well appointed and clean. Keep in mind, this is a duplex. While you have the home to yourself, the walls are thin. The market across the street was an added bonus. It is close proximity to the bike path. “

The neighbor Calvin gave us great tips and suggestions for our first time in the city. Parking every time was right out front, on street. Comfy and cozy home away from home. „The cottage is as cute as can be-sparkling clean with lots of extras in kitchen and such to make anyone's stay easier. Location is a very quiet little neighborhood, but close to most of what Chatham is all about. Though it was too chilly for us to use, the backyard is very cute and adds to the overall quaintness. Would recommend without hesitation.“

„Great location - very close to attractions, large home, loved the kitchen area. Note that one of the half baths is in the basement which is locked. There are actually 3 full baths and 1 half bath accessible to guests, not 4.5 as listed.“

Das Bad wird vom Gastgeber mitbenutzt und ist teilweise dysfunctional. Wir können niemanden empfehlen hier zu übernachten. “

„You must be ok with a rustic cottage. Its location was great for us. It is in a tiny village that has a great little market and is home of the famous “Claudette’s” sandwich/coffee shop. Housekeeping was not done when we arrived but was corrected quickly through the the host, Jennifer. Everything we needed was there. We would stay there again. “

„Ich war eine Woche in diesem schönen, neuen Haus und ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht, ist sehr sauber, hat genug Platz und befindet sich in einem sehr schönen Gebiet. Ideal auch als Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge. Die Vermieter Damaris und David wohnen nebenan und sind sehr gastfreundlich - lassen einem aber auch die Privatsphäre. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen.“

„From what we were told, we were the second guests to stay at this property, so there were a few bumps at the start. The house wasn’t fully clean upon arrival, but after some persistence the owner sent the cleaner back. That delayed our check-in, but it was taken care of. A few essentials were also missing, and once notified, the owner responded quickly and resolved everything so we could enjoy our stay.Parking can be tricky. The long driveway is shared with another unit, so if someone pulls in ...

„My daughters and grandchildren enjoyed our stay. The location was ideal for shopping and restaurants We even invited over other relatives from the area to enjoy a cookout and smores.. I would rent this place again.“
