The place was beautiful, clean, welcoming, well furnished with comfy beds, well decorated, and in a great location that felt safe. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and serving. The hosts were helpful, friendly, and prompt to respond. We asked for their other listings and will be booking again when we return.“

„A very nice, cozy, nostalgically furnished apartment. The garden can be used and is so beautiful. Herb is a very friendly host, he gave us a warm welcome and told us a lot of interesting things about the house, the surrounding area and New Orleans. There are good restaurants and the New Orleans City Park nearby (the Sculpture Garden is highly recommended). Unfortunately the time was too short, we would love to come back! Best wishes to Herb! „This property was close to the French Quarter and had plenty of room to accommodate a family with three basically adult children. Proximity to night life and grocery was perfect. Most of nightlife in immediate vicinity was 21 and up but walking distance to restaurants with great jazz music that the teens enjoyed (Maison). Enjoyed the late night eats at Liberation taco around the corner. Would stay here again.“

„We had a large group in town for Jazzfest / Bachelor Party extravaganza, and this house met all of our needs and then some. The house is exceptionally charming, and has plenty of space for a large group to spread out. It is also extremely well located - only a 15 minute walk to the quarter, also a short drive over to the expressway in case you're getting out of town. Lee Ann was an absolute delight as a host as well - extremely friendly, communicative, and flexible as our plans changed around. ...

„You won't find a property that's in a better location. The property manager that I interacted with was wonderful. There is pool access but no pool on premise but it ended up being a bit too cool to swim anyway. The property itself could benefit from some updating but was overall nice. One of the biggest assets is the balcony which can be accessed via one of the bedrooms. Watch your head when ducking under the window though... Overall, I would highly recommend.“

„The Byrnes House was the perfect accommodation for our family of eight in the Lower Garden district. Plenty of room, modern, well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. One block from the St Charles streetcar, which took us right down to the French Quarte Walked all over the area - enjoyed heritage homes, great restaurants. Very safe. Some traffic at peak times, but otherwise very quiet.“

„Genesis was a great host! Communication was top notch the entire time from the start of the booking to check out! Property is in a central location that’s easy to access!! Keep in mind that there is quite a bit of traffic on the main road all night, but that’s much of New Orleans. Overall it was a nicely appointed house, clean, & close to 2 grocery stores. Our stay was short so we didn’t get the full experience, but I would likely stay there again if needed.“

„Our group enjoyed our stay at this property. The description and pictures of the house were accurate. Our group of eight particularly liked the front sitting room where we could all sit and visit. The house is located in an historical area of Arabi and we felt safe staying there. Be aware that another apartment could be rented above your space during your stay which was the case during our stay. Voices, sounds (music) and footsteps are easily picked up on the main floor.“

„This is a wonderful place. Very clean and well maintained. And the location is excellent. Pretty neighborhood with essential shops (groceries, pharmacy, etc.) nearby. The Canal St Trolley stops nearly in front of the apartment regularly although you can't count on it being on its schedule if there is a large event going on downtown. Off-street parking is tight but available. Great communication with the owner. Very responsive.“

„Unser Aufenthalt im Sonder in New Orleans war rundum perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Service-Team, Check-In und Check-Out waren super einfach und unkompliziert und das Apartment war sehr sauber und geräumig. Es hat einem an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage war auch sehr gut. Nur 10 Gehminuten zum Football-Stadion der Saints und auch nicht viel länger in die Stadt zur Bourbon Street, French Quarter und vielem mehr. Das einzige kleine Manko war der recht kleine Pool auf dem Dach. Zur Abkühlung hat es ...

„Die Unterkunft und die Anlage absolut in Ordnung. Man muss nur leider immer mindestens 10 Min mit dem Auto fahren, bevor es normal wird, weil die Anlage selbst in einem Industriegebiet liegt. Zu Fuß ganz schwierig. “
