Dear Elizabeth,We are sorry to hear you weren't entirely happy with your stay. We are having the water temperature checked in the room. We upgraded all our bath mixers last year and they have all been calibrated so it should have been easy to control using the temperature control.We don't provide hotel dinners because we are very centrally located. Terminus Road, which has a wide choice of restaurants for both lunch and dinner with a wide range of cuisines, is situated just two minutes' walk from the hotel.We found the majority of our guests preferred to go out for dinner and it wasn't feasible to continue with the service. The Pier is also just across the road with a choice of food kiosks. Our staff are always happy to advice guests on places to eat dependant on their preferences. Kind regards,

We don't normally have any problems with the heating and hot water but unfortunately, it turned out there was an airlock in the system which we were only able to fully resolve on Sunday after multiple engineer call-outs. Please rest assured we take all complaints seriously and did try our best to resolve the issue, but as you said you didn't want to move rooms, we couldn't do anything further at the time.Our apologies once again for the inconvenience. The music in the Emerald Bar on weekends and the chiming of the Pier clock stop by 11PM, but if noise is an issue, we advice guests to book inland rooms. You also have the facility to stop outside the hotel to unload before parking to avoid having to walk with luggage. Our staff are also on hand to help with luggage if needed.
