The registration process was difficult, as the link to the “happy guest” program didn’t work from my iPhone and figuring out how to upload pictures of the front and ack of my license and a picture of me holding my license was time consuming and frustrating. I have never had that kind of trouble before. Also the 1000 damage deposit was not disclosed until after I booked the reservation. Overall the happy guest program felt like it was run by a bot, ...

„The only big issue was that the VRBO listing gave us the wrong address. It sent us to Scarborough instead of Saco. Luckily we were familiar with the area and I knew that Saco was close to Old Orchard Beach, which was mentioned in the listing, so I did a google map search of the same address in Saco and it looked like the pictures. My elderly parents were relieved that we didn’t get scammed. Lol. The place was clean and large and easy to get on the highway. It’s 2 and a half baths, not 3 full ...

„We had a wonderful second stay at the Mary Jane House. The house is cozy, beautifully decorated and very well appointed - we had everything we needed! The location is also perfect - a less than 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants and a 20 minutes walk to the beach. Katie is a wonderful host - from the thoughtful details in the house to her quick responses to questions. We can't wait to come back!“
