„The location was perfect, it was just a short walk to the nearest beach. The cottage sat back off the road far enough which gave us all the shade and privacy we wanted. The few times I messaged the host , he responded very quickly! Awesome stay, I totally recommend and plan on returning.“

„My cousin and I came up for a get away. The cabin was perfect. Miss Huron was fierce and her waves were so soothing. We had a toasty fire all weekend and when we got low on wood, Q was right there restocking us. House was immaculate. We’d stay again for sure! Great location.“

„We had a pleasant experience. The only problem was when we moved a fire pit closer to our cabin because the are was vacant (5 fire pits only 8 cabins, which needs to be addressed). „This cabin was SO CLEAN and cozy! It smelled so nice when we walked in, there wasn’t a speck of dust anywhere, the beds and couches were super comfy, and the sheets were the softest sheets I’ve ever slept on. They had everything we needed and even had shower stuff if you forgot yours. Ive already recommended this cabin to a few people and we just got home lol. I will be coming back!“

„We had a wonderful stay at Kate’s bungalow in Tawas City. It fit our family of four (plus dog) perfectly. The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances and cookware we needed. We enjoyed games, movies and the outdoor fire pit. The convenient location made walks along the bay frequent and easy. The drive into town is short so we enjoyed local restaurants, our favorite was Tawas Bay Pizza Company - great food and friendly servers. We’ll be back, hopefully for a longer stay! -Kirsten“

„We came up to explore the Lake Huron side of the state, and this location was perfect. Some days we went south, and some north, and everything was within 30-40 minutes. The home is very clean, and well supplied. We particularly appreciated the coffee supplies, washer and dryer and being allowed to bring our greyhounds. The only negative was road noise, but once I found the white noise maker and plugged it in, and found a setting we liked, we didn't notice the road noise as much. Our first night ...

„Cobb Cottage was the perfect vacation for us. It offered the privacy, the sights and sounds of nature and every amenity needed to live like you would at your own home. The owner was attentive to every need and could be contacted easily, if needed. Town was a short distance away and one could probably walk there easily (if healthy) or would make a great bike ride. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing the “perfect getaway”.“

„We stayed off season and the weather could have been better. We had an issue with the door lock which could have been avoided if the key code had been texted or emailed instead of spoken over a poor connection. The cottage was clean and roomy. We stayed in the 1st floor bedroom which really needs a new mattress. The location is perfect for viewing Lake Huron without obstruction. Even with the windows closed you can hear the waves lap the shore.“
