„Host was great at responding, but we had so many issues. Beds were not clean and had hair in them. Bathroom lights were out so we couldn't even use the one bathroom. Couch was full of stains. There were a lot of rules and fees for every little thing, but the place was not clean. There was no silverware... The host did have the cleaner bring some the second day, but there was none to begin with. Towel rack was broken so you couldn't hang towels. “
