„Coastal charm was a pleasure to visit. The house was clean and centrally located. The host is accommodating and kind. The backyard was the selling point for me but unfortunately due to the weather, we were unable to utilize the area. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for quiet and comfortable. “

„Perfect size for a couple or small family! Stocked very well with anything you might need, coffee, tea, spices and condiments, including fresh baked chocolate chip cookies upon arrival. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. Close to the historical area of St Augustine with lots to see and do. Great place to return to after a long day of sightseeing. We would definitely stay again when in this area and would highly recommend to friends and family. “

„This was the perfect location for us. It was close to the downtown area but also close to some great local spots. Having the pool access was a highlight to help us unwind in between exploring. When we ran into the host they were friendly and gave some great food recommendations. We loved staying here and will definitely be back! “

„My family loved this house. It is only a couple minute walk to all the shops, restaurants, and bars, but it is far enough away from the action to get a good nights sleep. The house is very clean and looks newly renovated, but they thankfully kept the character of the original construction. Most rentals are bland like a hospital room. „Although Mother Nature didn't cooperate with us, we were very happy with the property. The cottage was clean and well maintained. The fenced backyard was a plus for our little dog. Liked the fact that the beach is a short walk from the cottage. Martie was very nice and would respond to messages promptly. We will definetly stay there again!“

„The house was outstanding! It would be beneficial to have the growth covering the hot tub clipped back to facilitate ease of use and better comfort. The outdoor TV would not turn on. We change the batteries in the remotes and looked at all the connections. We couldn’t use the TV out by the pool. We will definitely be looking for this opportunity in the future. Thank you. “
