„Wow! What an incredible property and house. We were a group of families with small kids, and it was heaven for them playing in the pool, on the dock, on the playground, and in the expansive yard. Lots of beautiful sunsets on the patio for the grown-ups too. We never had to leave. Can't recommend highly enough. “

„Ranch at Royal Oak is a great house with a spectacular host. The communication was stellar. The house is in excellent condition with everything you need right at the house. The kitchen is fully stocked with high end towels, linens, utensils, glasses, knives, bowls, plates, etc. The kids and adults loved the pool and fishing on the dock. Access to St. Michael's is very easy. We will be back!“

„Great property. Great host. Already booked it for next year. We have17 people in our family and this property was perfect for our large group. Great location on the River, property was huge. Plenty of room for my grandchildren to play wiffle ball and catch. Great fishing, my sons and grandchildren caught a bunch of stripers. Kitchen was well stocked, filtered tap water and a large ice maker. Highly recommended.“

„The Woodwind house is our absolute favorite home to stay in on the entire Eastern Shore area. We stayed in late August 2025, with family that included two elderly seniors and adults and teens, and two dogs. The check in process was smooth and exactly as described. This is our third time staying at The Woodwind, and since our last stay the pool house has been completely renovated. With a brand new bathroom and sauna as well! And with probably the best view in the house!The kitchen is well ...

„Wonderful stay at the house. The house was as advertised and had all necessary amenities. We had a blast together and didn’t have to worry about a thing with the house. I will note that the back steps that lead from the porch are very steep and elderly adult took a fall. A note on this or new steps would be great. The place was very clean. It is pet friendly so one room upstairs does have a ton of old stains. The main couch that looks out over the water is also very stained. But the location, ...

„This property is a dream. It was immaculant, had every little ammenity that you could think of to make your stay as comfortable as possible, and had so many fun activities. We were never bored! The pool was beautiful, my bedroom suite was so perfect that I didnt want to leave it. I spent so much time in the cute window seat overlooking the river and dock reading one of the books that were on the very full bookshelf.
