Dear Mrs. Amber, Thank you very much for your review. Regarding the issues you have mentioned above: The curtains in the rooms have "stops" on both sides. If you opened the curtain with such force there might be a possibility that the stop was kicked out of the rail. Nevertheless, did you report that to any staff member of my team in order to provide you with an instant fix on the spot? Regarding the coffe station mentioned above, the pods we are selling "in room" are followed with greater costs than just buying them from the super market and the hotel acts as a reseller . Free bottled water is offered in your Mini Bar, Breakfast and Dinner. I am really curious to find out who tried to charge you for water or where did you find a Menu containing bottled water price as there is no physical menu in the hotel including Water. Talking about instant coffee (Nescafe) in breakfast I would like to remind you that your coffee is served al a carte and is free of charge. I have been informed that you ordered Americano which is not made with instant pods of Nescafe but with espresso. We do offer instant coffee if the guest orders one. The night with the coctails i was informed by the waitress and waiter that assisted you, that you asked for a Piña colada which we unfortunately could not serve as due to missing ingredient, although alternative was offered. In conclusion, regarding the Tax, I would like to state that, some reservations come with Tax included some others without. My intention was not to double charge you, that is why i looked into the reservation voucher. We are a well established entity and we have no advantage of double charging 9 euros out of accomodation tax. It was never reported and never intented . I am terribly sorry that you left with such impression, and i would like to recommend that you point out any suggestion you have during a stay in order for actions to be taken, satisfying your needs, something we strive to acomplish for all our guests.
