„Friendly welcome and lovely room. Lots of cosmetic work being done. The continental breakfast didn't really exist - I spotted some cornflakes but no milk. And some tea bags but no kettle.“

Also ...

„The property was very clean near public transport and new but check in wasn’t easy the host was unresponsive we had to wait for an hour for the key and and we . Bad furniture i almost broke my back“

„Drinks are too expensive. This was the only point, that was not so good. From second day we bought our beer in the city at Tesco Express, because we got there cold beer. The Tesco, who is next to the hotel, did only sell room-temperatured beer and there's no cooler in your room.“

„Preis Leistung sehr gut. Kostenloses Frühstück. Ruhig trotz Nähe zur Straße“

„I booked the hotel for 1 night. When i arrived at the hotel it was completely nasty. The fridge was dirty, the bathroom had hair in it, the beds had orange spots with hair on them. I didnt stay for the night i instantly booked a new hotel, the travelodge it was amazing! I expect a full refund on that hotel i couldn‘t even stay for the night. Horrible experience..“

„Friendly staff, great location“

„War alles gut “

„The area Ilford has abandon ist cleanliness. People are friendly. Not much to see in the town. The personal at the Hotel truly friendly and helpful.“

„It was a lovely stay“
