„Great location and a very clean place. We had a wonderful visit!“

„We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was very clean and matched both the description and pictures in the listing. The location is very convenient to Boyne City and Charlevoix (for 5 it is fun to take the Ironton Ferry and saves quite a bit of time). The view of the lake from the family room, two front bedrooms and the deck is beautiful.“

„To be honest the photos online don’t do this place justice. We’re not an easy to please group to be honest and we’re a bit nervous from the photos, but the place is absolutely awesome. The game room is great for kids and the property is quiet and clean and large and has great views. The hosts happily accommodated my dad’s camper and were flexible with our pontoon. If we’re back in Northern Michigan we will seek this location again in a heartbeat“

„Very responsiveGreat location Would book again“

„Wonderful clean property! A charming and quaint home with soft beds and an open layout. Guest bathroom is tight for adult use. Fantastic location within walking distance to downtown!“

„We had such a pleasant stay! My boys loved all the activities outside and the house was really well appointed. The upstairs living room and the basement living space are both great to spend time in. Would highly recommend this property for a family vacation to Boyne! Minutes away from Somerset Pointe Marina and an easy 5 min drive to town.“

„Great place.“

„Unfortunately, this was not the rental experience we were expecting. Upon arrival at the cottage, Amazon boxes were all over the inside of the cottage - on the floor, etc. An open TV was lying down on the kitchen table as if it needed to be installed. It did not appear the home had been tidied up in some time. The listing mentions A/C; however, it is not central air, but window units, of which there are only two, which do not fully cool the home and all of the bedrooms. Upon arrival, ...
