„I found this hotel 2b substandard in mostly all aspects. The positives were... their one HC room was available and had a walkin shower , plentiful and cold ice from the third floor ice machine, easy to find, and staff tried to help but mosttimes lack of English blocked their efforts. The weaknesses included: parking lot full of large potholes, cigarette holes in bedding, filthy carpet that left the bottoms of my barefeet black, bugs like spiders, ants, fleas, etc present, no TV remote, missing ...

„First, the front desk had ko idea what Vrbo, was, had no idea of my reservation. I had to wait in the lobby for 10-15 min. while they figured it out. Then they needed to charge my card a 100 deposit for incidentals and for some reason their system wouldnt take my card which they got a weird error message for which i had to wait again another 10-15 min. while they figured it out.
