„The host provided timely information and was responsive to an inquiry upon arriving. The boathouse was clean and comfortable. Our only issue was regulating the heat. The kitchen was well supplied and organized. The bathroom is quite small, especially the shower, but it is sufficient for average sized people. The location is wonderful, very convenient for spending time in Niantic. Overall, it was a very nice stay. “

„I am a bit late to positing this review (stayed in November) but wanted to leave a recommendation for this cute spot for anyone who’s looking to stay here. It’s located in a cute neighborhood, close to beaches and nice walking areas. The house is a bit small, but we had a party of 6 people and 2 dogs, which ended up working well for us, as we were out of the house for most of the time we were there. The host was responsive and the checking in/ out process was clear and easy! Thank you! “

„We loved our right-next-to-the-water one night stay in The Nantucket. The sliding doors in both the living room and the bedroom are about 5 feet from the water. We loved watching the sun rise over the bay and having breakfast on the porch. The bed was comfortable - felt like memory foam. "Nettes kleines Hotel mit ein paar Goodies, wie eine kleine Snackbar, eine Infrarotsauna und Pool. Ansonsten sind die Zimmer recht klein und hellhörig und haben einen Motelkarakter. Das Fenster muss man verdunkelt lassen, damit nicht jeder der vorbei läuft hineinsehen kann. Ich würde nächstes Mal ein anderes Hotel buchen."
