„For a last minute trip, we couldn't beat the location. Less than 10 minutes from Sag Harbor and Bridgehampton main streets as well as from Sagaponack beaches. The space is quaint and offers everything you need, a small kitchenette, a work desk, outdoor space. There was several communications sent regarding privacy and not interacting with other guests on property which I can appreciate but felt excessive. My two biggest complaints and likely why I would not rebook was first the cleanliness of the ...

„Ferry lane parking was new to us. Had never seen such a concept.“

„Three nights here and zero complaints about comfort or WiFi speed. Air conditioning cooled down quickly after hot afternoons, plus having towels included saved packing extra stuff for short trips like mine.“

„the room was very clean and very quiet, would stay again.“

„thanks for hosting“

„Room was spacious enough and very clean. The bedding smelled like fabric softener. Love that clean smell. William is great at communicating. We thought the kitchen & table would be in the room, but William explained the photos have to do with how VRBO has him upload them. Understandable. The community kitchen area was very doable and more than we needed. The rooms are very quiet. No road noise. Stairs are a bit of a narrow hike to the second floor, but doable as well. It is noticable ...

„Found the place close to the golf course, simple and practical setup inside.“

„If you are looking for a place to sleep, this place is ok. No place to sit down or put anything down. Just a bed and an old beat up tiny side table. Refrigerator is tiny, needed to be cleaned and defrosted. Stains in the bathroom ceiling tiles and the smell of Marijuana at night. Hot plate and microwave present but did not use. The entryway and stairs were dirty and could use a coat of paint and trim. The beach was the highlight and a very short walk. Definitely not worth the $$$ we paid.“

„Everything was great!“

„Adam, the owner was very responsive until we got there, and then decided not to stay because the room was really smaller than we imagined. There is barely enough room to get around the bed. I had asked, if possible, for some sort of a partial refund, but haven't heard anything back as of yet. The room was clean and in well-kept condition, but not nearly as comfortable as the pictures depict. Anyway, it was an expensive lesson for my further travels using VRBO as I would only consider a place ...

„Very peaceful and quiet. Beautiful view of the lake. Would definitely book again.“

„Not as flashy as some hotels but practical features like free parking and a walk-in shower were great after exploring local spots all day.“

„Made a quick stop during my trip here. Room included TV and shower which worked fine for what I needed.“

„We had a great stay. Very convenient and comfortable. Shout out to the host for being so on top of everything.“

„Jazz is a delightful theme throughout the building with each unit decorated to pay tribute to a jazz great. The Billie suite is the best and the Duke room needs some updating but is serviceable. The hosts were extremely friendly and resourceful, greeted me in person, and accommodated my requests promptly. The clean and large communal kitchen and the in-room coffee machine is a plus. Conveniently located close to downtown.“

„Clean and well appointed.“

„Sehr große Wohnung, mit tollem Ausblick, direkt an einer Bahnlinie.“

„Overall it's quite peaceful inside with decent internet speed providing comfort without much hassle anywhere around the property grounds.“
