„Wonderful Georgian house with original features and tasteful modernisation. Comfortable kingsize bed. Nice bathroom and full kitchen, thoughtful provision of extras, excellent location. Walking distance to high st and pantiles , station etc. Would stay again. Like a studio flat - a hotel room with a kitchen. Ground floor but up steps at the front“

„Superb experience“

„This place is little better than a youth hostel: unwelcoming, grim, dirty and unsafe. You would do better sleeping in a skip. There are no human beings involved in the entire process; all communication is through WhatsApp. Upon "registering" you are presented with a series of additional charges not mentioned on the booking site before "check-in". The "hotel" is completely unmarked on a grotty street just off the beachfront. It apparently operates under multiple names. The front door to the ...

„The property appeared fine at first glance but once I'd spent a little time there it became clear it was not properly clean. The sofa had something crusted to it. „Beautiful studio in an absolute excellent location. Can’t wait to come back!!“

„Great location“

„Tiny house situation, interesting“

„Schlimmste Hotelerfahrung meines Lebens. 110 £ inklusive Parken bezahlt. Eiskaltes Zimmer, kaum warmes Wasser.

„The flat was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Could do with paintwork being touched up in places. “
