„We were a group of 4 people and spend three months in this apartment. In our opinion there is no better location to live at. It is only one minute walking distance from the beach and a lot of restaurants are right next to the apartment. Michael was such a nice host and always available. There was really nothing we could complain about. We had a really good time there.“

„There was no air conditioning and the property is directly across from a noisy bar, so you can choose to have all the windows closed and be hot or open the windows and be unable to sleep. The beds were futons with no sheets. The kitchen table and chairs were patio furniture. The sense of the place is the host putting in the bare minimum effort. It was a very disappointing experience and I recommend people instead stay at one of the many other places in the area.“

The property manager was easy to reach and even checked in with us before arrival, which we appreciated.That said, I do think the listing and photos give the impression that this is more of a standalone condo like many of the other properties on the street. In reality, it appears the building was subdivided into multiple units and feels more like an apartment ...

„Being on the beach was the best! This was also the only place that allowed events, which is why I chose this property. We wanted to celebrate my son’s graduation on the beach with friends and family, and I wanted to keep the food indoors. We just had to notify our host and get prior approval. Eric, our host, was quick to reply to messages. We were happy with our stay!“

The house itself is beautifully furnished and decorated with many gorgeous details.
