The apartment is actually in the barn, so every morning I was able to open the door and say good morning to the goats and ducks. Our apartment was awesome and very accommodating. „So blessed to have been able to share our favorite place with our friends this last trip. My boyfriend and I came her for the 7th time, and we will continue to come back. „Seth had a beautiful property on Peacham Pond. The description was exactly what the property was. We all enjoyed the stay. My youngest was 14 all they way up to my Mother in her 70s. Enjoyed the pine board finish, kitchen was more than useful, beds were good including the futon. We also enjoyed the lake(thats what it would be called in our area) caught some small bass and swimming was super cold and refreshing. I hope to stay again, maybe in the winter.Thank You“

„This was so beautiful!! We absolutely loved it. We had a nice fire in the evening, grilled some burgers, and showed off our horrible boating skills (honestly it was fun to just row in circles and laugh, but the river is calm and has lovely views). It is easy to drive to the market for anything you need or other small towns for a day trip. We had minor issues with outside lights but it made it more fun to see things by firelight and fireflies. Thank you!“

„Renter beware. This is a transformed shed. The loft with a mattress is a box storage area. Not for people of size or age. The second bed is a small futon. River is not accessible because of erosion and broken glass. The river at this spot is not a place to swim because of debris building materials and car parts . The river view is spectacular and bird watching was good. A few other things but the owner said he would address those issues. Then weather was great! “
