„Home was very close to everything. Besides the fireplace not working (not a big deal) it suited 9 of us just fine. Large kitchen and dining area is where we spent most of our time. Plenty of room and kitchen well stocked.“

„Stayed for a 4 day weekend get away at end of April. It was the off season so it was super quite and very peaceful. The town house was a great size with plenty of space, the stream running right next to the property was perfect to sit by and the hot tub was amazing.“

„This condo was a perfect spot for our long weekend of skiing. The easy walk to Sunrise lift is maybe three minutes, and there is never a line at that lift. The view of the slopes is great, and the unit is nicely updated. We enjoyed relaxing next to the electric fireplace every night. We would gladly stay here again!“

We weren't visiting during ski season, but rather to observe the 2024 total eclipse, and the back deck was a perfect venue to do so. The nearby town of Ellicottville is so quaint with a variety of unique shops and nice mid-range dining options. I would definitely recommend it as a quiet refuge to relax and recoup.“
