"We had a wonderful stay at the New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel. A heartfelt thank-you to Chief Concierge Mr. Raymond Woo: his recommendations were spot-on and genuinely elevated our trip. He prepared a concise pocket guide to Hong Kong and gave clear, practical tips for exploring Macau (routes, timing, what to prioritize)—always with a friendly smile. The location is excellent: set in Tsim Sha Tsui East, with MTR stations a short walk away, buses on the doorstep, and Star Ferry within easy reach. Getting around the city was seamless—perfect for hopping between Kowloon and Hong Kong Island. You really feel how Hong Kong is a true world city here: iconic skyline, diverse neighborhoods, and a food scene that runs from humble noodle shops to destination dining, all within simple transit links. This spirit of care extended to the entire team—front desk, concierge, doormen, and housekeeping were consistently professional, efficient, and warm. Service here is thoughtful and reliable, which made our time in Hong Kong smooth and memorable. Highly recommended. We’ll be back."

"Sehr schönes Hotel mit Blick auf den Victoria Harbour. Der Pool ist vielleicht ein bisschen klein, vor allem wenn Kinder darin toben. Bei den Zimmern können wir SeaView sehr empfehlen, einfach wunderschön, vor allem wenn die Nacht hereinbricht. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist riesig, auch mit leckerem Dim Sum. Hier wird jeder Geschmack fündig. "

"Wir waren zu zweit für 9 Nächte dort und rundum zufrieden. Die Lage ist top - Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten + Metro sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Victoria Harbour- grandios. Beim Frühstück im Hotel gab es eine große Auswahl und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Hotel-Restaurant haben wir nicht besucht, dafür die Tiffanys Bar und auch hier können wir nichts negatives berichten. Das Hotel kann man bedenkenlos buchen. "

"First of all, the hotel has a great location. There's a metro (MTR) station just a few meters away. The hotel itself is well-maintained, with small but comfortable rooms, good service, and good amenities. You can grab a bite to eat on the rooftop terrace, but the prices are quite high. We would book it again."
