„Don’t let the exterior of the hotel fool you, the rooms have been refurbished and they are quite nice. I would hold them up against Holiday Inn express rooms. The staff is the shining part of the hotel, the second you arrive you greeted by Debbie who is an absolute sweetheart, and will treat you like family, no need will go unattended. Richard in the kitchen in the morning will make you eggs to your order, this is a big plus. A+“

„Staff had just come in from smoking so the ENTIRE lobby smelled like smoke. The next day the lobby smelled like rotten food. The first room I had, had ants. They moved us rooms, the second room, the carpet was coming up, the bedsheets were stained and it smelled. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The air unit was extremely loud and sounded like running water. “

„This hotel has the WORST smell of ANY hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I travel for work and stay in hotels every week all over the country and I have never been to one with a smell like this one. The floors in the hallway are literally brown due to pet droppings (which is what the hotel smells like mostly cat urine) the floor in my room was vinyl which I was thankful of however I had to go buy a mop and bleach because it was disgustingly dirty. The tub hadn’t been cleaned and the bathroom fan was so ...

„The hotel was clean, breakfast was great but the water pressure in the shower was non existent. I asked about it to staff and was told everyone was showing at the same time. Seriously I have more water pressure in the toilet. A dribble from a shower head is unacceptable IMO. Very hard to rinse product from your hair. On the 3rd morning I shower at 4:00 AM and had the same experience. “
