„We got different room category than we had booked and already paid. We showed the lady at the reception the confirmation from Expedia and she told us we had to buy an Upgrade to get the Sea view and hammock which were explicitly mentioned in the confirmation from Expedia as our room category!
What’s worse, the room we got was right next to the kitchen, with a ridiculously loud a/c going all night except between 5:30 and 6 am, I hardly got to sleep.

„I had a wonderful stay at the Tropicana by Hilton in Cabo. Everything exceeded expectations, the food was excellent, and the service was truly outstanding. The staff went above and beyond, even asking for your preferred room-cleaning time and checking in in the evening to ensure everything was perfect. The pool area is beautiful and ideal for relaxing. Plus, the location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, with everything easily accessible. Highly recommend!“
