There's a hostess team that can answer some basic questions but doesn't speak much English so use your translator app if you have more requests. „Super clean, and easy. Great location, tons of walkable restaurants. Right by the town square. There isn't parking, and Google Maps doesn't get you to the exact spot, but they were super responsive and helpful. Great experience, and will definitely stay there my next time in San Jose.“
