„When you first walk in, it will go into the kitchen and it feels like grandma is waiting for you. The home has been kept up, It has not been remodeled. We absolutely love this. The sturdy hardwood cabinets, the oversize leather chair, and sofa make you feel at home. The huge yard with the fire pit is absolutely amazing. There is a short trail and you will find yourself at the river. It is the home of 107 year-old Mary Epperson. You will find a couple of family pictures and a brief biography ...

„We had a great time. Our friend is a DJ and could set up outside without worrying about disturbing anyone. The house is spacious, with many accommodations. The grounds around the house are fantastic to explore! Anyone driving in a sedan should be cautious. The road leading to the property has some dips/divots that you can bottom out on. A higher vehicle is probably a good idea.“

„We enjoyed our stay. The property is very charming. It is an older home and pictures of the interior did look nicer than the actual interior, but it was very clean and the wood floor, paneling and trim on the first floor is beautiful. “

„What a quaint quiet place to stay! Clean, and the bed was comfy, stocked with snacks and coffee, and deer outside when I woke up the next morning! It is directly at the crest of a hill so be aware if you’re walking to downtown. Just a short distance but if you have any kind of mobility issue be aware of the steepness of the hill. Would definitely be back! “

„This was our first visit to Branson. We loved the house to hang out after our daytime adventures. There was plenty of room to spread out and the pool and ping pong table were awesome. I would highly recommend this property. It wasn't right in the middle of Branson but we wanted to be a little out of the congestion. Its still close enough to easily get to any of the attractions. “
