„House really worked for us. The kids room and sand pit outside helped alot. As my 4yr old had something to play with and did not try to destroy the rest of house. Kitchen was well equipped, house in a great location, and still quiet surroundings. Will definitely stay again. Hopefully next time there wiĺl be some wood for the wood heater, on cold nights with family, its nicer to be around a wood heater then a/c in kitchen. .“

„Lovely relaxed environment for our extended family to come and stay- has been a bit confused about sleeps 10 and configuration but ad saying 3 bedrooms. Front open room (an adapted lounge room with trundles allowed) sleepers (albeit a room without a door) was great for us to enjoy all the spaces particularly the back deck and kayaks . Close enough for us to all come (and go) from Perth. Thank you!“

„Great little spot. Right on the rivers edge. Nice and quiet. Heaps of bird life. Pelicans, black swans swimming up to our back yard. You can fish and crab right from the property. Canoe up the river. We hired a pontoon and spent a day cruising the river and canals. Everything we needed was provided at the house. Our dog absolutely loved exploring the garden and the neighbours were super friendly. Highly recommend 😁“

„Such a let down to what we were expecting. Initial impression, property not maintained at all. Outside full of weeds and moss in pavers. Inside only slightly better. Beds comfortable but many issues with the home.“

„We entered the cottage with the expectation that it would be a lot smaller than it was. To our (happy) surprise, there was space galore! While the house is old, it has been well maintained. And with all the appliances and conveniences provided (including the slow combustion wood fire place), we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our 3-night visit.“
