The staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely amazing. Great quality and choice. The breakfast was very plentiful. Our maid Ann, who cleaned the rooms was so hardworking and the cleanliness of the rooms was great. Make sure that you don't leave it too late to go as it gets very busy

The parking area was confusing due to roadworks leading in to the entranceway plus very limited parking for a Sunday afternoon for hotel guests!

Business trip one-night.
Good enough hotel. Staff slow taking meal orders, 4 different people served me so I got overlooked. Did not ask of I required a sweet so I had to go up to bar and order. Irish coffee had no whisky in it and topped with skooshy cream instead of real cream. Food wash good enough to merit another visit.

This Hotel offered exceptional value for money. The rooms were clean, smart, nicely decorated and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and professional and the food excellent. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. I will be back in a couple of weeks!

We arrived late on the first night and had to go out to get food, but the bar was open late to residents. The food throughout from breakfast to the 2 evening meals we had were fantastic. The standard and variety was brilliant. The staff were brilliant, very welcoming and personable. We will definitely stay there again and would recommend to all our friends.

I have stayed here multiple times and this time there was a bit of re-organisation by the staff of the Old Mill - but it was handled very professionally by the staff. Good accommodation and great food - never disappoints and I am a seasoned traveller with work.

We were visiting our grandchildren in Bowburn, the old mill was very convenient location wise.We took our grandchildren there to eat on our first night and we were very well catered for ( food portions far too big ) ate there as a couple on the second night ,once again faultless, bedroom very comfortable, breakfast excellent, will definitely stay again .

Absolutely awesome. Check in/out was quick and efficient. All staff were really pleasant. Cleaner was a lovely person, friendly and chatty. Room was spotless and spacious. Breakfast was one of the best we have had. We had an evening meal with friends one night of our stay and the food was amazing. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Excellent accommodation with great food.
The Old Mill was an absolute delight to stay at. The rooms were clean, comfy and quiet. The bathroom were bright modern and good hot water pressure for the shower (always a good thing :-) ). Food was excellent. It has a large restaurant and is extremely popular with local people - so is always busy. However we were accommodated each evening with food wait times about 30 mins - not a problem as drinks were brought to the table and we enjoyed the warm relaxing interior. I expect at very busy times (e.g. Sunday lunches) you may have to wait for a table.

Such a great place. Rooms are on the small side, bathroom is amazing! Then the actual dining area has superb choice. Food was great, staff very friendly and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
