A barbecue zone and hammock add to the villa’s laid-back appeal.Inside, the ground floor features an open-plan living area with tiled floors, cosy sofas around a fireplace, and a dining table for shared meals. The kitchen is fully equipped and leads out to an upper terrace offering an additional outdoor retreat with a dining table and comfortable seating.Villa Lustica’s four bedrooms include one king, one queen, and two twin rooms, all with the use of their own bathroom. The master suite encompasses the top floor, featuring a private sitting area, TV, mini-fridge, and a multiple balcony views.Tivat’s marina, charming Perast, Kotor’s Old Town, and Lovćen National Park are all close enough for easy day trips.

Villa Lustica is set in the village of Đuraševići, just a short drive from both Kotor and Tivat – two of the Bay of Kotor’s most distinctive destinations. Kotor’s UNESCO-listed Old Town is known for its medieval walls, historic churches, and maze of winding lanes, while nearby Tivat offers a more modern atmosphere, with an upscale marina, stylish shops, and vibrant waterfront dining – ideal for an evening out.

For a quieter experience, the town of Perast provides a slower pace, with grand stone buildings and boat trips to the island chapel of Our Lady of the Rocks. Inland, Lovćen National Park offers sweeping mountain views and hiking trails, and also connects to Cetinje, Montenegro’s former royal capital, rich in historic architecture, embassies, and museums.

Further along the coast, Budva brings lively beaches and nightlife, rounding out a region filled with culture, coastal charm, and natural beauty – all easily reached from Villa Lustica.
