„Java Cottage was a beautiful property in the heart of Dunmore Town with walkable access to virtually everything. Combined with the pool, grounds, and outdoor cooking/dining/lounging areas, it was a true oasis within an oasis. Host Anna, property manager Rosemary, and staff Issie, Donna & Tis couldn't have been more helpful, responsive, and friendly. „This place is a great refugium and the spot can't get any better. If you prefer it causal, this place is hard to beat. Supermarket is in walking distance and to the harbor to buy some fish, takes about 10 minutes with the golf cart. There are kayaks in the shack to get out to the sandbank. From time to time we somehow managed it to bounce-off with a old fallen nut some green coconuts from the palm trees on the property to harvest our own coconut water - awesome. „The location was perfect for the Independence Day celebration. We were able to walk right to the beach in about 3 minutes. The bathrooms and house were very clean. However, the cookware was old and worn out. Scott the property manager was fantastic. There was a thunderstorm and the TV and Internet blew out but he was there right away and replaced it with a brand new TV.“

„Shorebreak can take you back in time. The cottage perched above the breaking waves of the Atlantic is nothing short of breathtaking. From morning coffee to evening conversation, the back deck was a centerpiece for the house. „We had a fabulous stay at the house! Everything was perfect! Carole arranged for our transportation from the airport to the dock and the ferry ride over to Spanish Wells. Once we arrived at Spanish Wells dock Audrey the caretaker was waiting for us and escorted us back to the house. Our golf cart rental was also prearranged and waiting at the dock when we arrived. The house was spotless and had everything you would need. Plenty of beach toys, beach towels even sunscreen! The views from the porch ...

„Mainbrace is the perfect family vacation house. It’s close enough to run back if you forget something on the beach. It is beautifully decorated, has every kitchen item you need and inspires you to step back and relax. My two favorite places are the hammock and the outside shower. Trish has great communication and if you need anything taken care of she’s on it, along with her property manager who was very kind and helpful. Every time we leave we start thinking of when we can come back! “

„Highly recommend! Candia was incredibly accommodating—she took care of everything from reserving the golf cart to booking our ferry and taxi. We didn’t have to stress about a thing and felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Mermaid Cove was spotless and very welcoming. The backyard is super peaceful and relaxing, and we especially loved spending time on the private beach. We’ll definitely be coming back!“
