Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, Ms. Yvonne. Our heaters in the bathroom have two mechanisms. One pull cord at the heater itself and one at the light switch. Sometimes guests feel the need to turn the heater off at the cord. If the switch doesn't turn the heater on, then the cord needs to be pulled. In the future, if the heater isn't working please talk to a staff member. We're usually able to help with these kinds of things.

Yes the parking on the property is limited, and there is plenty more on the street and near property. If it is unused than you know its clean. With the guests' permission, our staff usually helps all guests. Thanks for choosing to stay with us!

Yes, we're not perfect, but we manage with a 100+ year old building. Thanks for staying with us.

We have fit 16 seater vans, large utes, and other long/tall vehicles. It may be small, but there is space.

Although we have some poor reviews with Gumboot, we also have several guests who empty the cartridge during their stay. Some even ask for more. In the future, if you don't like the tea, check with our reception. Sometimes there are alternatives.
