Angenehm, modern, stadtnah
Das relativ neue Hotel lag stadtnah (das meiste war zu Fuß erreichbar) über dem Bahnhof, von dem man dank superguter Schallisolierung nichts hört. Guter Service und Parkhaus (mit reduzierten Gebühren) in kurzer Entfernung (mit Koffer machbar).

Einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Sleeperz, sehr zentral gelegen (Bahnhof, Designmuseum), schöne und comfortable familienzimmer mit Stapelbett für die Jungmannschaft. Typische schottische Küche im Hotel. Ausgedehntes Frühstück mit grosser Auswahl.

Nettes Hotel direkt am Bahnhof, der aber keineswegs stört. Gute Anbindung an die Stadt. Dusche ist ein wenig klein, aber sauber und modern! Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Alles top, außer das Restaurant
Das Zimmer war freundlich und sauber und die Nachttischlampe hatte ein sehr angenehmes Licht für die abendlichen Lesestunden. Der Bahnhof ist quasi Teil des Hotels und somit keine 50m entfernt. Vom Restaurant war ich allerdings sehr enttäuscht. Bei nur 4 besetzten Tischen ging die Bedienung dreimal an mir vorbei und nahm auch erst dann meine Bestellung entgegen, als ich sie selbst aktiv darauf ansprach. Nicht zu vergessen das fehlende Lächeln oder die Tatsache, dass sie Getränke und Besteck recht unachtsam auf den Tisch "stellte" (es war ja fast geworfen). Das Essen selbst war lauwarm und die Sauce schmeckte wie in der Mikrowelle aufgewärmt. Bis auf diese eine Bedienung erlebte ich das Personal allerdings als sehr freundlich und kompetent. Das Restaurant also auslassend, würde ich hier wieder buchen.

Great one night stay. Nice room. Good location. Easy to park and with discount that's £8 per night. Very friendly staff and all helpful. It was nice that all staff were smiling and asked how you were. Good night sleep. Breakfast extra in our stay but good buffet.

Overall this was a good hotel, great location. But they might want to invest in some furniture. No luggage stands, no cabinets, not a single drawer. Clearly not meant for more than single night stays.

This is modern pared back hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The building looks very new, nice modern decor. The breakfast initially looked a bit sparse but what was in offer was plentiful and excellent quality. The bacon and sausages were particularly good. The rooms had everything you need for a business trip or a long week end. It is near the V&A, and Shackleton and Scott 's ship. Right beside the train station and just a short walk to the bus depot

Really love this hotel and this was my third time there. The only reason why they lost a star was due to not receiving information on the dining area was going to be closed throughout my whole stay and it did cause a lot of stress finding alternatives. Staff were absolutely amazing and welcoming, I will definitely be heading back again throughout this year as its what I look for in a place to stay.

It is the multi-storey that we can offer our guests a discount with, as you pay on departure with that one rather than on arrival. We hope this has not put you off visiting us again in the future.

The property is in a great location, if you are traveling by train. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately you will need to bring ear plugs. The walls are extremely thin. You can hear everything from people in the hallway to someone having a shower next door
