The security guard, Andrew, was friendly, cheerful, & attentive & made us feel safe the entire stay. We thoroughly enjoyed his guided tour to the calm cove for cliff jumping & snorkeling! „Celebrated my Mom's 70th birthday and it was perfect! The only thing I would suggest is adding to the posting that food is additional and not part of staff cost as well as suggested 15% gratuity based on price of rental so people know up front prior to booking.“

„Cook and staff are fabulous. House is a bit more dated than pictures indicate, but well maintained and excellent location in a quiet bay. Local activities are worth checking out. Our group is quite seasoned in our travels, and our trip to Sun Kissed was over Super Bowl weekend. There were challenges with the house internet, but staff made accommodations to make sure we saw the game and were well fed. A great time was had by all in for our group of ten!“

„It was our first time in Jamaica, and we had an amazing time. The place is absolutely wonderful with nice decoration and we feel like home from the first minute. Joan was amazing – very kind, an excellent cook and extremely thoughtful. Each breakfast and Dinner was fantastic. „The location is stunning! Having breakfast on the patio with that gorgeous view of the sea... just fantastic and so relaxing. My kids enjoyed the garden too, always finding something interesting to play. Our caretaker Paulette made the most delicious meals and she took care of all our needs. The kids loved Paulette too! I can recommend a stay at villa 2. Just the bedrooms could be improved by installing mosquito meshes at the windows or at least having a net for the beds.“

„The Villa is perfect for a group, we loved the private pool. We were able to book different things easily, the communication was fast and they provided the things we requested such as a bbq and transfers. The only things we didn’t like was the noise outside from construction to the main house and the kitchen did not have a coffee maker that was functional. Overall I definitely recommend this place.“

„The design and layout of the house was more impressive than we could imagine from the online photos. Arriving to have a butler and kitchen staff was unexpected also. Not having to cook or clean is truly a vacation. We saved so much with the kitchen staff rather than eating out every meal. We highly recommend this property and the excellent staff than comes with it.“

„The manager was rude and abusive to us and to Expedia when trying to resolve a problem. The description is false - there is no ocean view. Would have been helpful to know we had to provide toilet paper, paper towels and dishsoap. Would be nice to know this is a gated community and a rental car is needed to get groceries, get to swimming pool or eat out.“

Dell is a phenomenal cook, asked us what we would like (we went local) and proceeded to make delicous meals.
