„This condo was very nicely appointed. It seems to have been built recently. Plenty of room for four adults, nice kitchen with most everything one would need.Only three things kept us from giving 5 stars. First, there is no dining table. Just an eat-at counter top. Since we were gathering for a late Christmas with family, it would have been nice to have a place to sit and eat together.Second, the 'lake view' is only if you can see it between other buildings. It really shouldn't be listed ...

Assistance was available via an intercom. Rug in living room posed a trip hazard for our mobility challenged guest. Kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay. "We booked a three-night stay (Feb 18–21, 2026) at Pier B, primarily for a snowmobile tour. Unfortunately, due to a massive blizzard, our tour for the following day was cancelled right as we arrived. The rooms were simple but very clean and well-maintained. Since we had no reason left to stay in Duluth, we were worried about the remaining two nights. However, the hotel staff was incredibly understanding. They immediately refunded our money for the following two nights without any hassle. We are so grateful for their flexibility and kindness!"
