Our two-storey Astera Apartment is the only rental in the villa, ensuring complete privacy.
Ideal for families and larger groups seeking a peaceful holiday in Dalmatia. The villa is fully air-conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi. It features five bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and accommodates up to nine guests.

*GROUND FLOOR (pool level)

The ground floor of the villa, located on the pool level, is designed as a social and relaxation area. It features a spacious, air-conditioned living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, and three bedrooms:
- Bedroom no. 1 (14 m2): large double bed (180 x 200 cm)
- Bedroom no. 2 (14 m2): bed 120 x 200 cm), air conditioning, sea view
- Bedroom no. 3 (10 m2): bed (120 x 200 cm), fan, sea view

The floor also includes a family bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine, as well as an additional family bathroom with a shower.

*FIRST FLOOR
The first floor features two bedrooms:

- Bedroom no. 4 (18 m2): double bed (180 x 200 cm), air conditioning, balcony, sea view
- Bedroom no. 5 (16 m2): double bed (180 x 200 cm) that can be separated into two single beds (2 x 90 x 200 cm), air conditioning, sea view

This floor also includes a family bathroom with a shower.

The villa offers 4 free parking spaces on the private property.
